These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the organization operating the tak66 platform ("tak66", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all products, services, promotions, and features of tak66.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
• The name used during registration must match your national identity card or passport.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.

2.3 Account Verification

tak66 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This process may require a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.1 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your login credentials.

3.2 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.

The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at tak66, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus applies to new members only and will be granted once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet a specified wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• tak66 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings if suspicious bonus abuse is detected.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the promotion page.
• If a technical error occurs in bonus issuance, tak66 reserves the right to withdraw that bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

tak66's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier receives a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the system has successfully confirmed it. tak66 is not responsible for incomplete bets caused by network issues or device errors.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

tak66 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, pricing mistake, or other unusual circumstances. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account.

6.3 Match Fixing

Betting activities related to match fixing, use of insider information, or any form of manipulation are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

6.4 Software Errors

Any winnings obtained as a result of a game software error will be considered void. In the case of technical issues, tak66's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tak66 platform:

• Allowing minors to open or use an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to intrude into or hack the system.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual ("multi-accounting").
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.
• Infringing tak66's intellectual property or copyright.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
